Christopher Dale, Ph.D. - Head, Protein Manufacturing & CMC

Dr. Dale is an established biopharmaceutical leader with more than 25 years’ experience of the full biopharmaceutical life-cycle from discovery, pre-clinical development, clinical Phase I manufacturing, POC, late stage clinical manufacturing, process validation, regulatory submissions and commercial manufacturing (Drug Substance and Drug Product). Prior to launching an independent consultancy, Dr Dale was Head of Microbial Technology at Lonza and Vice-President of Technology at Cambrex Bio Science in addition to leadership roles in process development and cGMP manufacturing. He holds a BS in Microbiology from Prifysgol Cymru and a Ph.D in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
